THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK, WHAT CAN I DO NOW?
At BTF our focus is to keep up with fashion and provide items that are unique and fresh with small product runs, with demand some of our popular items may sell out fast, therefore our products are only available while stocks last.
DO YOU HOLD OR LAY-BY ITEMS FOR PURCHASE AT A LATER DATE?
No, we do not offer hold or lay-by services.
DO YOU PLACE ITEMS ON BACK ORDER?
No, we do not place items on back order and we try not to advertise products that are out of stock. If you have purchased an item that is sold out you will be contacted by our customer service team and a refund will be arranged.
HOW CAN I PROVIDE FEEDBACK ABOUT A PRODUCT?
