Shipping Policy

Within Australia: Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders over $100 within Australia. For orders under $100, a flat shipping fee of $10 applies. Orders are typically delivered within 3-5 business days. If you need your items sooner, express shipping options are available at an additional charge during checkout.

International Shipping: Bring a piece of Bondi into your home, no matter where you are in the world. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Shipping costs to your country will be displayed at checkout. Most international orders are delivered within 7-14 business days.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love what you’ve ordered, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns: If you’re looking to return an item, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange, as long as the item is in its unused, original condition with all tags attached. To start a return, please reach out to our customer service team at info@betweentheflags.com.au for assistance.

Exchanges: Interested in an exchange? Simply follow the returns process and let us know which item you’d prefer instead. Exchanges are subject to item availability.

Please be aware that customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was received.
