International shipping orders will be received in 5-10 business days, however this may be longer if goods are held up in customs. If you are not present to accept your delivery a card will be left to advise where your parcel can be collected.

At BTF customer satisfaction is on the very top of our list, so if you are unhappy with your items we will happily exchange or refund up to 30 days from purchase. Just remember the goods need to be in the original condition (with all tags attached) and need to be returned with the original invoice.
Online Returns & Exchanges
Items bought online can be returned for change of mind, within 30 days from purchase to our online returns department by following these simple steps:
- Include the original invoice
- Highlight or circle the items you would like to return
- Pack your item/s in their original condition, clean and with tags attached in secure packaging
- Attend your local Post office and post the parcel to our Online Returns Department:

Once received in our Online returns department, we will inspect and process the items. To ensure you receive your refund as quickly as possible, please allow up to 7 days for our Online returns department to inspect and process the items.
Please note that you will need to cover the shipping costs for your return parcel. BTF is not liable for any items you return to us that are lost or damaged in transit.
If you wish to exchange your online order, please place a new order for any new items straight away to avoid missing out. Afterwards, please follow the steps listed above for a refund on your original order.
